Datos Curiosos de Gente curiosa :)

Bette Davis demanded attention from birth, which led to her pursuing a career in acting. After graduation from Cushing Academy she was refused admittance to Eva Le Gallienne's Manhattan Civic Repertory because she was considered insincere and frivolous. She enrolled in John Murray Anderson's Dramatic School and was the star pupil. Years later she became the most academy-award nominated actress of her time and one of the best there was.

Meryl Streep originally applied to Law School but slept in on the morning of her interview and took it as a sign she was destined for other things. Need I say more?

"I saw the Village as a place to escape to in order to express yourself, I had first gone there during the beatnik days of the 1950s to perform poetry, then I drew portraits for two years and stayed up all night listening to folk music in the clubs. It took a while before I thought of picking up a guitar.”
